The growing reliance of consumers on remote digital banking has provoked changes in the design build industry and the role of brick and mortar banking sites. There is an emerging trend in the design build industry that satisfies consumer needs for bank branches that surpass the traditional service function and also build the brand. They promote brand visibility and impact on the street, and immerse consumers in branded services experiences that drive home the bank’s core values and mission. We observed a new breed of bank building companies devoted to meet these marketing and design needs. We applied these insights to assess the value of a new acquisition for a client who was looking to expand their architectural design business into branch networking construction.
Results:
We discovered the long-term value and viability of branch networking in the construction industry and helped the client make a profitable decision on the acquisition proposal.
